Beauty: Make it real together ultimate advent calendar, The Body Shop.

De Zomer is voorbij gevlogen, en ondertussen zijn we al in de Herfst beland. Dat wil zeggen dat we ons stilletjes kunnen beginnen voorbereiden op Kerst. Ik hou echt enorm van deze tijd van het jaar. Desondanks dit wel een heel speciaal jaar is geweest, gaan we zeker Kerstmis daardoor niet laten verpesten! Mijn Kerst countdown begint dit jaar met de 'Make it real together ultimate advent calendar' van The Body Shop. De kalender is niet alleen super leuk om te zien, maar zit ook nog eens bomvol super toffe producten van The Body Shop, én bijna allemaal full size!! Op elk doosje staan leuke opdrachtjes voor jezelf, aftellen naar Kerst gaat nog nooit zo leuk geweest zijn! Ik kon alvast niet wachten en heb al enkele doosjes opengemaakt, en ik kan je verzekeren dat het zeker de moeite is! 

Leuk om te weten: De kalender kost €130 maar er zitten producten in twv €270 én er zijn 25 doosjes om open te maken! 

Beauty: Remington Air 3D Hair dryer.

I'm someone who is not really into haircare. For example, I use a random hair dryer for years now. Now I use the Remington Air 3D and I have really seen a huge difference. It is not a cheap device, but it's really worth it. To start, my hair is dry in only 5 minutes. I wash my hair daily (I know, not so good!) and an enormous amount of time creeps in to dry it. I think it takes 20-30 minutes to dry it. Believe it or not, but my hair is really dry in 5 minutes now! 

The Air 3D has a 3D air flow which comes together into one powerful air flow in the hair dryer, causing a high wattage is no longer needed.  You can't damage your hair any longer while drying. The 3 temperature settings are completely safe for your hair. The Air 3D also gives you a natural shine because of the shine conditioning technology. Painful arm while drying? This is also a thing of the past because the center of gravity is in the handle instead of the head as with many traditional hair dryers.

Beauty: Wunderbrow.

Recently on the press days, I discovered a super cool product, the Wunderbrow gel. The detox mask detoxifies the skin and eliminates impurities and contains white clay and magnolia extract. Takes way too much time to apply a mask, you think? This one is super easy. You have to apply and let it soak for 1 minute and then rinse it. Super fast, right?

Beauty: L'oréal & Maybelline make up

I recently got a hugely fun package at home, a box full of new make up by L' Oréal and Maybelline. I'm someone who if I like a product, I also continue to use it. Always nice to try some new stuff, and successfully because I discovered some products that I'm definitely gonna keep using! Let's take a look..

Onlangs kreeg ik een enorm leuk pakket thuis, een doos vol met nieuwe make up van L'oréal en Maybelline. Ik ben iemand die als ik een product goed vind, ik het ook blijf gebruiken. Altijd leuk dus om eens wat nieuws te proberen, én met succes want ik heb wel wat productjes ontdekt die ik zeker ga blijven gebruiken! Ik overloop ze eventjes met jullie..

Beauty: Nivea Q10+C Anti wrinkle + Energy.

Wrinkles, nobody likes to see them coming. I am at an age where you really have to use some good products to prevent wrinkles and take care  of your skin. I used different day and night creams over the years, but I've never came across one that really did something for me. I really tried everything, from Kruidvat to Dior.

I recently received some Nivea products, namely a day and night cream and an eye cream. Overall, I'm always happy about Nivea products, so I was very curious!

The Nivea Q10plus Anti-wrinkle + Energy range gives the skin a new life, thanks to a mix of two effective active ingredients naturally present in the skin: Coenzyme Q10 and vitamin c. thanks to this duo the signs of fatigue have no chance and radiates the skin again.

I use the products only a few weeks now, but I still have nothing negative to say about them. My skin looks fresher. Also a plus, the day cream feels really quite pleasant on the skin. If you are looking for good facial skin care, which is not too expensive, I can really recommend this range.

Beauty: Diamond oil glow dry.

Redken is back with something new, the Diamond Oil Glow Dry range! Sounds promising huh? I was already sold with the cute pink packaging, but the name makes it even more fun. The range is designed for all hair types and oil-based. I love to use oil for my hair, so I am pleased, though, with this range. This range gives you a shiny, light and easy brushing.

'Don't just blow dry, glow dry!'

The program contains 3 steps. The first step is to exfoliate. The scrub removes all impurities and brings shine. The second step is care and shine. There is a Gloss shampoo, which moisturizes and shine. Then use the conditioner. For the third step use the Glow dry shine oil, which is in a super nice bottle! This also gives your hair a nice shine.

Beauty: Favorite Spring/Summer perfumes.

Every season change, I like to change perfumes. Of course there are always some perfumes I use all year around. This season I have a few favourites. In spring/summer I really love sweet, fruity smells and in Winter I grab to some stronger, warmer fragrances.

The benefits of my blog are, of course, that I may discover some new smells, and this season there are really so many good ones! Too bad you can not smell, but let's take a look!

Elk seizoen verander ik nogal graag van parfum. Er zitten natuurlijk altijd wel blijvertjes tussen die ik het hele jaar door blijf gebruiken. Dit seizoen heb ik wel een paar favorietjes. In de Lente/Zomer hou ik echt van zoete, fruitige geurtjes en in de Winter grijp ik sneller naar wat sterkere, warmere geuren.

De voordelen van mijn blog zijn natuurlijk wel dat ik af en toe wat nieuwe geurtjes mag ontdekken, en dit seizoen zit er echt zoveel goeds tussen! Jammer dat jullie het niet kunnen ruiken, maar kijken jullie mee?

Beauty: Mythic Oil.

I can't imagine living without these products anymore. I discovered the Mythic oil from L'Oréal about a year ago, and I immediately loved it. That was the huile originale, this contains argan oil and makes your hair soft and shiny. What I also like so much about this oil is the smell, so good!

I was very pleased when I received a press mail that there is a new range for this year. huile radiance, this is especially for colored hair and contains argan oil and cranberry oil.
You have the Huile Richesse with apricots- and argan oil. This oil is especially for rebellious hair, and soothe and nourish the hair. Last but not least, the huile scintallante. This is with sesame and almond oil and is for the hair but also for your body. There is a beautiful shimmer in the oil for that extra effect!

Believe me, this oil is well worth the try!!! You can buy them in the L'oréal Professionnal hair salons for €27,40.

Beauty: IsaDora. (NL)

Onlangs was ik een blog van iemand aan het lezen over IsaDora. Het meisje had enorm veel last van acne en gebruikte IsaDora producten om de acne te verbergen. Zelf heb ik daar geen last van, maar ik was zo onder de indruk van het resultaat dat ik benieuwd werd naar IsaDora. IsaDora is een zweeds beauty merk dat bekend staat voor de goede kwaliteit, maar ook betaalbare prijzen. Ze zijn parfum vrij en klinisch getest. Perfect dus voor mensen met een gevoelige huid. Tijd om eens wat uit te proberen!

Beauty: Biolage RAW

Matrix comes up with something new and quite unique,Biolage RAW. In the past you had the choice between synthetic products that gave you beautiful hair, either natural products but usually with disappointing results. Biolage RAW is good for your hair but also good for the environment. Nothing can compare to pure nature. This natural hair care is designed to make the hair feel healthy. The products have a rich texture , and also have a natural, earthy color. Personally, I think that the bottles look like smoothies. Then there is the smell. The spiciness of eucalyptus and ginger, the spiciness of nutmeg and Apple in combination with amber, patchouli, vetiver and musk.

Beauty: What's in my bag?

Everyone has a favorite hair style, and you also need specific products for it. L ' Oréal comes with something new this year: 4 styling kits to create 4 different looks. Each kit contains a haircare product and a styling product, both in travel size, so you can easily bring it on holiday!

Each kit also contains a picture and explanation of how you can create the look step by step. Really super convenient. I got the ' DoubleBun ' and' TheBunnyTail ' kit. Two super cool looks, especially for holidays.

Beauty: Pretty Ballerinas

Pretty Ballerinas is a brand where you can mainly find shoes and accessories for women. They have really really nice ballerinas, of course, but also super cool boots. Also for children, you can find them super cute shoes.

Recently they launched their very first perfume, and I can tell you it really is a success. I love sweet, summery perfumes and that is the case with this perfume! It is also a scent that really sticks, what I do think is important. Nothing is more annoying than using a perfume in the morning, and an hour later you smell nothing anymore. That is so not the case with this perfume. Not least, the price is also very good. You pay € 39 for 50 ml and € 59 for 100ml.

Beauty: 4711

Recently I was invited on a beauty speed date. Just as in a real speed date you had 7 minutes and then had to move to another table. A really cool concept. There I got to know the brand 4711. A brand that actually exists for 220 years, and I'm glad that I know it now.

In March they release a new scent, with coriander and peach. 2 contrasts, and you don't expect it but it smells really delicious. Like Spring in a bottle! That is the great thing about 4711, they mix contrasts with each other, which smell so good. Certainly worth to take a look at and let it surprise you!

Beauty: Weleda

I have two new products by Weleda to try out. In my previous article about the hand creams I already said that I have never tried Weleda products . In that article I preferred the Weleda hand cream, so I was looking forward to try out more! I have a body lotion to try and a shower cream. 

Shower cream 7.99 €: 

What I like the most about the products of Weleda, is the softness of the creams. They feel so pleasant. This shower cream is also suitable for very sensitive skin and protects the skin against dehydration. The cream also leaves a soft almond scent, very subtle.

Body lotion: € 13.99:

This body lotion also feels super soft and pleasant. The body lotion is also suitable for sensitive skin and even reduced redness. Here you also have the pleasant subtle smell of almonds. 

There is not much to say about these products, they are just really good and super pleasant to use.

Beauty: Irresistible Me Curls

A few articles ago I told you about my curling iron from Irresistible Me. It took a while before I could try out the curling iron, because I had to wait for the American adapter that I ordered online. But today it could finally try it! I have to say, I am very positive about this one! 

In the beginning it was not easy to use, because I'm not used to work with such a curling iron. I have one myself where you have to put a piece of your hair in a clip, and that is different at this curling iron. I already tried 3 different curls, and they are all very different. Something that I didn't expect. Take a look with me!

Beauty: Weleda VS L'Occitane

Today I would like to try something different than the typical article which I always make about beauty products. I have two different hand creams, of two different brands that we are going to compare today. I have never used anything from both brands so I'm curious! 

We will start with the hand cream from L'Occitane. The packaging looks quite nice, and I also think it is pretty cool that the tubes look really oldschool. This hand cream is enriched with native cells from the almond tree, almond proteins and UV filters to protect the youthfulness of the hands. I personally find that a plus because young looking hands are important. The cream feels slightly thicker. 

The hand cream from Weleda focuses especially on sensitive skin. The cream also has a subtle almond smell and absorbs quickly leaving you with no sticky feeling. The packaging looks fresh and neat. Despite the rather big price difference I'd go for the cream of Weleda. Personally, I think that one is much softer and lighter on your skin.

Beauty: Wonder worker.

Wonder Worker.. that name alone sounds promising! You can imagine how curious I was about this product. Not only the name is nice, but the packaging is also really great. Very colorful with flowers. But what is this miracle worker exactly? 

Miracle worker is a multifunctional primer with moringa oil that finishes every look. Perfect for the hair dryer or to refresh your hair the day after washing it. It is a product with a 7-way effect that detangles and moisturizes the hair, nourishes, reduces frizz and makes the hair shine, and feel smooth and silky. A true wonder worker, doesn't it? 

For the packaging Shu Uemura worked with the Japanese artist Kakashi Murakami. The result is beautiful!
